Product Manager at Vitestro

We seek a highly motivated and independent product manager for our  Venipuncture Device. In this role, you will be at the forefront of driving product vision and strategy, product requirements, launch and life-cycle management, ensuring that our solutions meet the critical needs of healthcare professionals and patients alike. You will work closely with R&D, business development, and regulatory affairs to translate customer insights into actionable plans, oversee product development, and navigate regulatory landscapes. Your strategic insight and passion for innovation combined with a deep understanding of customer needs and commercial success criteria will drive the success of our device in the market.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Head of Product to investigate user requirements, develop and implement comprehensive product roadmaps aligned with company objectives and market needs.
  • Guide the product development process by creating a strong business case, balancing development effort, customer needs and business strategy to ensure timely and successful delivery of new product features.
  • Work with Business Development Manager function to support commercial (i.e. business model) innovation and support Market Activation.
  • Conduct thorough research on technical solutions and services that enable seamless integration of our device in the existing workflow and IT infrastructure of healthcare institutions.
  • Participate in meetings, presentations, and negotiations with hospital representatives to explain and promote the benefits of our device in healthcare facilities.
  • Create insight in the performance of our device by setting up user adoption studies, defining clinical studies, and measurement of performance metrics in daily use.
  • Work with Marketing to generate relevant brand assets, event strategy and execution globally and locally
  • Engage with healthcare professionals and patients to gather feedback and continuously refine our product strategy.

Job requirements

What you will bring

  • Master's degree in engineering; at least 5 years of working experience.
  • Experience in value proposition creation in a product management or assistant role, preferably in the medical device or robotics industry.
  • Demonstratable understanding of willingness to pay and commercial policy enabling development of pricing models.
  • Ability to operate independently, demonstrating an assertive and entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; Dutch fluency is required. Excellent English speaking and writing abilities.
  • Passion for innovation, emerging technologies, and positively impacting the healthcare industry.
